I’m not getting any recording or notifications past 5 feet
@kbshin I would check your settings first. Look under Motion Detection…All motion vs Human. Then look at the sensitivity (1-7). Also, check to see if you have any zones setup by accident.
Next, I would look at the actual camera and the angle it is positioned. If it’s pointing to low, it will not detect far. Last is to make sure you removed the plastic on the camera lens. Silly, but I read one person left it on by accident, so you never know, lol. You should be getting around 25 feet, so if the problem continues, reach out to Eufy or do an exchange from the place you purchased it…you might have a defective item.
