We have recently moved house and can’t sync cameras to home base 2. When we moved there was no issue but once they dropped out that was it. I have tried everything
Charged batteries
Reset homebase
factory reset cameras
Rebooted Homebase
I don’t know what else there is to do , still get “failed to connect “ message.
Strange thing is the door opener sensor syncs instantly. Doing my head in !
Any help appreciated
Just wondering. Are the cameras still listed / shown in the app?
If they are… Then remove them from the app reboot your phone then try proceeding to add them cameras back.
