New doorbell has different code on box vs back of device , I’ve tried both codes for installation but the doorbell just will not sync to home base. I’ve done restarts , firmware is updated and still won’t work. I have 4 cameras that work fine. I bought the door unit singular to add to my home security system. Any ideas ?
Also have reset home base and added all my cameras again with no problem, doorbell still won’t connect
Which camera do you have? Battery or wired?

It’s on home base 1 , but should still work. Tried close up behind it as some others have claimed this worked. No luck
