I lost WiFi connection then I had to re register the Chime and the Doorbell. The code for for the Chime was on a cardboard sleeve which worked but I can’t find the code for the bell it got wet on the back of the bell and I don’t have the paperwork with the code. What can I do?
Problem solved, I contacted support in uk who guided me to the Serial No which you use as Manual Imput under the QR Viewer.
