Can't view footage from Floodlight Cam?

I’ve installed several Floodlight Cams and they seem to be working properly. I get plenty of notifications in the app, both when I’m home and when I’m miles away from the cameras. But when I’m away from my home network, I can’t view any of the footage or recordings. Should I be able to? Or is the only way I’m supposed to be able to view footage if I’m connected to the local Wi-Fi network?

You should be able to view the footage from anywhere using you mobile carriers data sevice. (Not wifi). Check you have mobile data switch on in you phone settings.
