I have Eufy surveillance cameras and Door bell camera. The door bell Camera became totally misted up internally and was useless for what it was purchased for.
I asked for help from Eufy who had many suggestions and said they were there to help, after a couple of weeks I informed them it was no better and asked for a replacement, from then on they totally ignored all my emails, is this a company you really want to deal with ?

Yes I have sent 7 times to date all say it was received
