Connection issues

I’m definitely feeling ripped especially for the fact this company has the nerve to have a live chat customer support team that is actually acting like this isn’t a going on two days issue try to refer me to email another so called customer support team to give you another 24 hour excuse I’m done I’m returning my product and I suggested that you guys do the same I already have something missing from my porch which I was under the impression that it was under the watch of a trust worthy product boy was I wrong.

You need a really good router for them to work exceptional. I have a ASUS Rogue and mine works great. They pricey though
