Is there a way of deleting video footage all at once as opposed to one day at a time?
absolutely, from your home page (the page that shows all your devices) scroll down to your homebase and open it. you will see “storage” (open it). you will then see the option to “clear storage”. understand this will also delete all motion alerts from cameras, door and motion sensors.

How can I access recordings from a specific time/date/camera? I can see every movement except the crime.
