I recently bought a Eufy doorbell with the Homebase 2.
Having set it up initially, worked perfectly well - however recently it hasn’t been picking up anyone who’s walking up towards my door. And for the last week, I’d say it’s missing every person who had knocked at my door.
Any solutions to try solve the motion detector issues?

It’s not picking up any movement?
Have you tried just the basic stuff. In the app select the settings for the doorbell, toggle OFF motion detection wait a few mins turn it back ON. Test it out.
If still not working. Check in the doorbell settings if you have an option to “Restart Device”.
Other than that, I don’t know. You may need to remove the device from the home base and then add the device back.

Nope, this last few days hasn’t picked up anyone coming to my door. I’ve tried the on and off, hopefully that sorts it tomorrow, I’ve previously tried restarting which didn’t work. Hopefully the on / off fixes the issue…
