I have enabled the skill in alexa and when it initiates connection with the doorbell, it doesn’t find it. Has anyone else had issues, or can someone give any advice on how to connect them together?
I just bought my eufy doorbell and had same issues and turned out to be that the Amazon account is mine but my partner set up the eufy from scratch, rather than accept my share so he became the main account and this causes Alexa problems.
I added the doorbell and Homebase again and this time my partner accepted the invite and Alexa sparked up straight away.
