Hello, I just set up a Eufy 2k battery doorbell and the volume at the doorbell itself is fine but the volume on the homebase 2 unit is deafening…is there a way to turn it down? My ears can’t take any more.
Wow, I want mine to be 10x louder, there is an option in the settings though.
Scroll down to the actual home base 2 icon (usually at the bottom of your list of cameras) and click the little gear icons 
.
Change these settings>
-Ringtone settings
-Alarm settings
-Prompt settings

Will try
Outside bell sound can be adjusted and even muted. Same with inside chime. Right in easy volume menu in bell settings. Then same in chime.
