Just got this cam and encountered a major issue: motion triggered recordings are not playing back. When trying to playback events, the app will display a static screenshot with a loading icon in the middle while some audio from the recording can be heard. After a while, it errors out.
Live video feed works perfectly, so does recording videos from the feed.
I tried switching to 1080p recording and rebooting the cam, nothing helps.
I already have a 1080p floodlight cam & 2K doorbell cam and both work perfectly.
I have the latest firmware installed 2.0.3.1h, never tried the cam with stock firmware…
Please help!
