My homebase 2 won’t connect to the Internet. The light is green going into the port but keeps saying can’t connect. Can anyone advise? I’ve tried all sorts

Are you using an ethernet cable or WiFi?
he’s says the port is green i’d assume ethernet. that’s the only green light i’ve seen
