All events have stopped recording. I still get live video and the notifications of events but just nothing recorded. I have tried resetting logging in and logging out but nothing helps.

I have the same problem, maybe it’s after the HomeBase update a some weeks ago???
I have had the same problem for weeks now notifications show and record but the homebase shows no events recorded. It has been very frustrating I have done everything you could think of gone as far as ordering a new homebase, and yes you guessed it still not working. It is a real shame I had this system for over two years and it was unbelievable love them so much, but with this last month of pure headachs I’m ready to rip them down and throw them in the garbage…
