I have 2 2C cameras and the wireless doorbell. Homebase 2. The homebase and doorbell both recently received firmware updates. One of my cameras in on 1.6.0 and the other is on 1.6.1… Both now say that 1.6.7 is available but neither camera will update. I had opened a ticket quite a while ago and provided serial numbers etc but they ultimately told me not everyone gets the same firmware at the same time and closed the ticket. I can understand if they do stagger releases to avoid widescale issues they missed in testing, but don’t understand how both cameras have older firmware that appears to be several version behind.
