I just installed my eufy homebase and camera’s. At first eveything worked well. I got video from the camera’s on the app and could change the settings. When I wanted to switch camera’s one didin’t work anymore. The other also not anymore. The light on the homebase was flashing red to blue. My collegue pulled the plug from the homebase to restart it. After that the homebase doesn’t start anymore. The light keeps flashing red.
Can it be that the homebase was updating when the plug was pulled and it therefore doesn’t start anymore? If so: how to solve this problem?
