How can i get the 2k recording from my memory card from the camera.
If i use the eyfy app it only get hd quality not 2k quality.
Then i tried to read the record by taking out the memory card but it can’t be open in my laptop.
There is no use for buying 2k video quality camera if i cannot get the clear recording (2k) video as evidence to police after an accident.
Please solve this issue.
