Indoor 2k update firmware fail

Hi. I am trying to update firmware from 2.8.0.3 to 2.9.0.3. Process start from 0 to 100. After that an error occur and firmware not change

Like the message says - contact support. Suggest giving them your camera serial number. They should be able to push the firmware to your camera.
