Hello Guys, I’m having an issue with my camera, whenever the night arrives and it is change to Night Vision Mode, the next day it will not change back to color mode, even if i turn on or off night vision, the stream and recording is always black and white. I have to restart or power cycle in order to get the color back.
I would remove the cam and setup again. If that doesn’t fix it then contact eufy for a replacement.
