We are experiencing some days without any events being recorded, when we know they have occurred. Other days just 3 events. Rest of day no events. We can see the person on camera. Doorbell works. Just loss of event record.
Also fingerprint reader does not work if wet, even if hands are dry. We do not have overhang. Our front door camera is wired.
