Liveview microphone disconnected

In live view mode, if microphone is open, live view will disconnected with one minute or less. Lost connection totally. If without microphone open, live view works smoothly.

This is a real bug.

This issue is probably due to the insufficient power from the doorbell transformer.

When enabling microphone, the doorbell consumes more power.
The App provides a Voltage Diagnosis tool for that. Please find it under the doorbell settings.

The doorbell requires a transformer to deliver 16-24VAC, 30VA power.
