“Local memory cannot work properly.
Please format the local memory, or restart
the HomeBase.”

Two weeks in after purchase, I got this error twice. Restarting the device has no effect. Contacted Eufy support and all they are providing is troubleshooting steps. I know how to troubleshoot, my concern is with the reliability of this “security system”. How do I depend on such a useless system when I’m away on vacation?

If you have done a complete power cycle and reset of the homebase and still have this problem, I would ask for a new homebase. The EMMC memory in the Homebase2 shouldn’t have problems like this. If it does, they should replace it.
