Everything good at first set-up except motion detection which is only five, perhaps six, meters. Sensitivity set to 7and not limited to humans. Anything I can do to get the claimed 8-10 meters? It’s important to me.
How high above ground are your cams? The higher you mount them, the more your range decreases.

As preset points out, If it points downwards to a desired area, which happens when installing high, the less the motion detection area is. Lowering the install point and leveling the camera will increase detection lenght. Finding the sweet spot takes some time.

Would be really nice if there would be strong tape-like mountpoints that allow experimenting. but having someone hold the camera in place while testing detection seems to be the only way to test it reliably, unless mounting it during each test doesnt matter
