I have 2 Eufy cameras and none of them are recording any events for the past 1 week. They are outdoor remote cameras. I tested it by generating events in front the camera and even then, nothing. I can do a live view. Seems like a serious problem.
Go into your security settings and make sure your cameras are set to record.
My wife at one point accidentally set ours to off, and had no recorded events except for live view.
