So when I open the Home app during the day and view my cameras on the main screen, the video on initial preview is blown out, as if the cameras have not self-adjusted to daytime conditions. If I tap on the preview to open that camera view, it corrects itself (and oddly enough the other cameras as well). Any ideas?

Yeah it’s since the latest firmware, they are working on a fix! Waiting for the new firmware to be released.
