Not sure if this is the right forum or not.
I’m trying to refer my Mum via the referral link in my Eufy App. I’ve sent her the link and she types in her Email address however she never recieves the email with the discount code. It isn’t in the Junk box & have tried multiple eMail addresses.
How can she get the £40 off code?
