Remote Access on IPhone

If have just set up our cams and they work great when I am at home. Once I leave to house and get to work it will not let me access them unless I turn WiFi off on my iPhone which is a pain as I automatically use the network at the office so as not to use up my data. How do I fix this.

First, try using a friends WiFi to see if it will work and second, check with your work IT department to see if they block certain access to outside sources for security reasons.
