Anyone else have to reset their doorbell every few days?! I’ve had a new one sent to me, but still having the same issue

I have the wifi doorbell and yes recently I’m having to reset the doorbell every few days because its offline. It’s becoming very annoying and it sounds like getting a replacement might not be the solution.
