i don’t think the issue this time is with eufy. mine is working fine and your screenshot is not what you would get if the servers were down. it looks like your internet connection with your device is the problem.

They’ve been having server issues again this morning. Discussion about it on reddit as well. Mine was lagging out badly not too long ago this am but now seems to be working again.
