sound alert dots (only the first one) on the monitor will only blink when there is noise/talking/crying.
So when I set the sound alert threshold up to 2 dots it will never turn the monitor on.
Now I read the community and the FAQ and read the software 2019.12.09, V2.4.4 should solve this problem
I checked the software version of the monitor and is:
Hardware: v 2.4.4.
Software: c 2.4.4.
The newer software versions I read are not specifically for this problem is it?
Someone has experienced the same issue?
