I just finished installing my new eufy smart lock with WiFi and setting it up. All went well and we like it very much however I am confused about phone notifications when I am away from home , I thought this lock would send me notifications to my phone when I am away from home and/or I could access the lock to check security and lock remotely ? Recently while out I tried to access it and could not. My question is does this lock support remote notifications and operation? A side note I have checked my WiFi and router setting in the eufy app and they are registered there. Thanks
