Is there a way to temporarily disable notifications and recording to save battery life say when you are grilling on the bbq outside. Say for 1 hour. I know how disable but I do not want to have to remember to reactivate, i’m looking to have this happen either automatically or automatically on a schedule without having to remember to reactivate. As itis it seems you have to move the security mode manually and you can run a mode in parallel with another— other camera systems like arlo can do this easily. I know how to quiet notifications but the goal is to save battery life.
Go into app and just click on whatever camera you want to stop recording and shut it off…
Also in security you can make a schedule for cameras and even customize for own schedule
Click on the settings dots in the device window and use the Snooze function. There, you can chose a time to disable notifications and recording for that device.
