The classic Doorbell to Alexa chime not working

I’m having trouble having the doorbell chime come out of the Echo Dot 4.

I have the Eufy Video Doorbell 2K (Battery-Powered).

I followed the instructions by going to the Amazon Alexa app, finding Eufy Security, adding it and successfully finding all my Eufy devices.

Then I found the doorbell, ensured that the dot was checked under Announcement Devices and then I toggled the “Doorbell Press Notifications”.

But when I press the doorbell, no sound comes out of the dot.

On the doorbell, when I go to “Alexa as Chime” it just gives me instructions that I’ve already followed.

I also set it back to Homebase as Chime (tried unchecking it and checking it) but it does not make a different.

Then I tried streaming and doing other commands with the dot and they all work.
I also followed this post: SOLUTION to Video Doorbell Using Alexa and Homebase chime simultaneously
And I added the Homebase Chime but that did not solve the issue either. I even added the Dot, Doorbell, and Homebase all to the same location in the Amazon Alexa app.

I attached the screenshot of the apps.

I finally got it to work, but not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to.
In the Eufy app under the Doorbell > Notification I had to Enable “Doorbell Ring” under Get mobile notification when:.

It works, but not really ideal since I don’t want to get a notification every time on my phone hence the audible chime.
