Unable to connect to the application server (again)

Hello from Canada, I was getting the same issue with one of our two phones, so since one was able to connect and the other did not I switched the troubled phone wifi off and it connect to the server from the cell network. I then turned the wifi back on the phone and it kept the connection. I am not sure if this will work for anyone else looking at this old thread. I did not see any comments from any Eufy’s staff which I think could help people. Cheers!
