Unable to connect with Doorbell on mobile internet error 23

I am unable to connect with the doorbell whilst away from my home using mobile internet/4g. WiFi working fine.

Same problem, was always working until now

Seems as though it’s a problem with Eufy. There are lots of posts advising that lots of people are experiencing the same issue.

Yep same problem for me. Tried a hard reset and now homebase won’t even connect. Just a flashing blue light. This is the second homebase I have had in a few months. When it showed error 23 I noticed as well that it showed no access to internal storage. Maybe the storage has broken
