I cannot view battery doorbell nor either 2c when I am not connected to WiFi. I want to be able to watch live stream and playback recordings when I am away… one of my main reasons for installing the system…

unfortunately I have the same issue. Not sure if it’s since I have my new phone or it’s an issue with the app. Sometimes it worked, mostly not. Then it shows up an error message.
I’m using Android 11 on oppo find x3 pro.
I tried nearly all settings in phone settings and app/homebase to find it. But actually nothing of all helped me to fix this problem
Previously I had a Huawei p30 pro and it worked.
