I have just installed the video doorbell, but even though it has connected with my wifi, all appears good but it doesn’t sense anybody near front door or ringing the bell, it does nothing, what did I miss?
You have the smart lock too or just the doorbell ?
I have experienced the same, it just didn’t work since few days ago. Always empty events
