Why do my motion sensors work for an hour or two and give no notifications or record thereafter. I can view in live time, but nothing records. Every time I reset the system it works again and cust out even though there is a strong signal
We have the same problem. What I suspect is that it has to do with interference. There seems to be a pattern everytime my neighbors come and go, that happens to us or they will just completely go offline. I suspect it’s their wifi geo fencing home alarm maybe somehow a factor but im no expert. It would be nice if Eufy would reply with an answer. Did you ever find an answer?
