so i have a black c24 wired outdoor cam which i kept inside until some remodels were done in home. finally took it to setup outdoors today and the color is inaccurate. you can see it fluctuate between thr cireevr color and the red ring it has now.
i’ve removed and set it back up and sale issues continue. to make sure my eyes weren’t the issue i have a 2nd c24 that i setup outdoors and the color is correct.
can anything be done? or should i be getting this replaced by eufy?
