We have a Eufy cam system setup at home. Base station + 4 cameras.
The system is about two years old. The base station has stopped working. The power light does not illuminate. Its as if there is no power getting to the base station. I have tried using a different power chord and it has not resolved the problem. The system worked perfect for two years and then one day with no user input just stoped working and is now dead…
That sucks. Well at least you got 2 years out of it and not one year and 1 day before it died. I’ve read that has happened before quite a bit. Eufy needs to up the warranty to like 3 years at least.
You could contact them they may issue you a discount to purchase a new HomeBase?
