Cam is offline in my app but sends notification

I’ve finished setting up the cam to the home WiFi and it showed live feed. Now the app is showing that the cam is offline but it still send movement notification and when I press the notification I can then access the live feedback. How can I make the cam appeared online and access live feed without waiting fir the notification.

I’ve exactly the same issue, do you use IOS ? Maybe it’s a problem with the application

Now it’s working but don’t know why, i didn’t do anything …
