Hello everyone. I have a problem with eufy camera pan & tilt. Every time i switch on night shift on and turn od the ligths, night vision start seitching on and off, wirhout any reason. I rid off any shine material that could reflect IR vision. Should i return the camera? Thank you
Hello, check the app and see if the cameras firmware is up to date.
Move the camera to a different location and see if the problem persists. If the night vision keeps switching ON and OFF then I would return it for a replacement.
