Cannot pair wired eufy Doorbell to router

I cannot pair my wired eufy Doorbell Dual to my router via 2.4GHz

I disabled 2FA, turned on my phone location, corrected my location address, even set the unit on top of my router next to my phone.

At the last stage, it still fails to connect.

I’m wondering whether this problem is phone app related or server related, or what?

Ok. I’m reluctant to start another thread. But I have some ancillary questions:

  1. Some eufy cam devices cannot use / does not require Homebase, right?

  2. Are eufy products able to use 5GHz or only 2.4GHz? (Most smart home camera brands I’ve used in the past only use 2.4GHz.)

  3. Do I have to whitelist (on my router) any url domains for eufy devices and/or apps to communicate with cloud servers or whatnot?

That’s all I can think of now.

update: after 2nd trial of attempts on FLOODLIGHT 2. I was able to connect to eufy app.

Dual, not so much.
