This is my first Eufy Cam. After getting it online, updated, linked and configured, I placed it on a shelf in my office, plopped down on my living room couch and prepared to [strike]mess with the cat[/strike] test it out.
Brought up the camera in the app, turned on the Cam mic, and started to pan. I expected maybe a servo whine or grind, but instead heard a distinct clicking sound. Not good. I thought maybe the Cam mic sensitivity was just too high or something, but it turns out that the clicking is audible just by standing in the same room. It’s loud enough that it disrupts any audio recorded during panning&tilting.
Is this normal?
