When I am logged into Eafy’s web portal, my camera images remain black. Tested in Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Does anyone recognise this problem? And what can be done about it?

Have the same problem after firmware 2.1.5.7 in homebase E. Tried a new, not updated hombase E (Factory firmware), and it worked well, until it was automatically updated to fiemware 2.1.5.7. And no way to stop that update… Need also help !
