Eufy Doorbel 2K and HomeBase 2 are automatically removed from the account

I am a security installer and I have already installed 2 new Eufy doorbells on 1 residential address. The problem is that the devices are spontaneously deleted from the account after a few hours.

And I have installed at least about 30 units for individuals since the existence of my company. But I have never encountered this problem.

I have already contacted an agent through Eufy’s website and she is now going to create a ticket for it.

Has anyone experienced this before?
