Does anyone have any tips on how to make geofencing work properly?
Our system often alarms when we return home and have been home for a long time.
It’s really annoying
It’s so hit or miss. Make sure under location is always on, make sure your not using battery saver, you could go under the eufy app under battery and check unrestricted. This is on Android not sure about Apple. Foreground services at the bottom of the geofencing tab can be toggled on in my experience it does not help just drains your phone battery at about 1% every 15 min or so
I go through months everything works like a champ… and months like currently that I have to disarm the system. That’s a headache if you have solo cams with homebase as you have to select each individual camera.
I would recommend throwing the system in the trash
