How to switch off Home base "properly" in order to have à better bandwith?

Hello,
My Internet bandwidth is not very good at home and I would like to know how I could switch off “properly” my Homebase 2 (that is to say, without plugging off the Homebase 2) in order to obtain a better bandwidth for my other pro and personal devices.

You can unplug the internet cable but that will mean no notifications will work

Or setup Quality of Service on your internet modem and assign your Eufy HomeBase the lowest value
