I just purchased a smart lock with wifi and the thing will not stay online. I tried to change networks and still doesn’t help. When I reboot the lock(using button on the bottom) or change the wifi it will work for a few minutes then right back to offline. So the lock is essentially useless as a smart lock because being online is the sole point of it.
Do I just send this thing back or can something be done?
