No notifications / motion detection

New user with no success with my 2K spotlight cam or my 2K pan and tilt.

Only installed about 1.5 weeks ago and I’ve seen them both record and notify, but more often they don’t work.

The spotlight almost never has detected motion or sent a notification. The pan and tilt often does nothing, but I’ve seen it do both. Currently it’s recording events but no notifications are sent.

Both are completely unreliable and after reading some of the stories here it seems that my experience is not uncommon. This surprises me with so many positive reviews on Amazon.

Are all security cameras this temperamental or are these ones particularly bad? Do I have lemons? Bought them during Amazon Prime days and got a good deal. While the company will replace them, if the replacements don’t work I’ll be beyond the Amazon return window.

I’m not sure what to do. Any thoughts or comments?

The problem was last week with Eufy server issues

I have done that send log bs they will not do anything with that info…
